ABOUT ME

Hello Friends, I'm Shelby! I fell in love with movement at a young age, starting my journey at 3 years old as a dancer. Through dance I grew confidence, body awareness and have always been a lover of movement. As a teenager I was passionate about teaching dance to children and passing on my love of the art. I initially found yoga in college and was captivated by the fluidity of vinyasa flow. It was the movement and the flow that attracted me and the stillness that keeps me coming to my mat.
I am a lover of nature and travel and embrace every opportunity to be outside and try to incorporate this into my practice. I aim to focus on alignment and try to incorporate different options as every pose will look and feel different in every body.
My mission is to share my love of movement and stillness, while safely embracing out individual alignments. My goal is to support self-awareness and kindness to ourselves and others by providing a welcoming yoga community.
